Returns and Exchanges

It is our intention to process each order correctly but if a delivery error occurs please contact us on info@nbcf.org.au or 1300 708 763 (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday). 

We do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds unless there is an issue with your items. Please read more below:

Incorrect item(s) received
In the event an incorrect item has been received, we will replace the item or provide a refund. Please email us at info@nbcf.org.au with your order/invoice number, details about the faulty item and photographic evidence of incorrect or damaged items. Upon receiving this information we will organise for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Change of sizes or colours
Please choose carefully as the T-shirts and hoodies are made to order by our external supplier and we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you purchased the incorrect size or colour. Our size chart will help you choose your preferred fit – please note that NBCF offer a ‘slim’ fit and ‘regular’ fit range.

Change of mind
Please choose carefully as the T-shirts and hoodies are made to order by our external supplier and we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.  The T-shirts and hoodies are made-to-order to save on production costs, meaning more proceeds can go towards game-changing breast cancer research.
